Vivid Lumen Industries – Dealer Warranty Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

Vivid Lumen Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in materials, components, and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies exclusively to authorized dealers and distributors and covers replacement product or credit only.

Labor, installation, removal, travel, downtime, lost revenue, or incidental costs are not covered under any circumstances.


1. Who This Warranty Applies To

  • This warranty applies only to authorized Vivid Lumen dealers and distributors

  • End customers must submit warranty claims through the dealer they purchased from

  • Dealers must submit warranty claims through their authorized distributor

  • Claims submitted directly to Vivid Lumen by dealers or end users will not be accepted


2. Dealer Warranty Process

Dealers are responsible for initiating warranty claims on behalf of their customers.

Dealers must:

  1. Review the warranty coverage and exclusions below

  2. Submit the warranty claim using the official Vivid Lumen Warranty Form

  3. Provide complete documentation to avoid delays

Do not ship product or discard any items unless instructed in writing by Vivid Lumen or your distributor.


3. Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted using the official Vivid Lumen Warranty Form.

Important Notes:

  • The warranty form will open in a new tab on the Vivid Lumen website

  • Dealers must submit claims on behalf of the end customer

  • Incomplete claims or missing documentation may delay or void processing

Once submitted, claims will be reviewed and processed through your authorized distributor.


4. Distributor Warranty Process

Distributors are responsible for managing warranty submissions to Vivid Lumen.

  • All warranty requests require return of the product for inspection before credit or replacement is authorized

  • If a physical return is not possible, distributors must contact Vivid Lumen to discuss an alternative solution

  • Vivid Lumen reserves the right to request:

    • Additional photos or videos

    • Serial numbers or batch codes

    • Installation details

    • Product return for testing and verification


5. Inspection & Claim Outcomes

After inspection:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, warranty value will be issued as:

    • Replacement product, or

    • Credit note to the distributor’s account

  • If no defect is found, Vivid Lumen reserves the right to:

    • Deny the warranty claim, or

    • Charge for replacement merchandise if already supplied

All shipping costs related to warranty returns are the responsibility of the sender.
Vivid Lumen does not cover inbound or outbound freight on warranty returns.


6. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, impact damage, or improper handling

  • Incorrect installation or non-standard applications

  • Modification, alteration, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

  • Chemical exposure (cleaners, solvents, degreasers, etc.)

  • Electrical issues including voltage spikes, over-voltage, or improper wiring

  • Environmental conditions such as condensation, corrosion, or UV degradation

  • Normal wear and tear, including debris impact or lens deterioration

Warranty periods begin from the date of distributor invoice.

 

8. Redeeming Warranty Value

Once approved, distributors may redeem warranty value as:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Credit issued to their account

Warranty value cannot be redeemed as cash and is non-transferable.
